" I met Brian at a previous job we had. Kept in touch, bought some accessories from him & ended up buying my zx-14 from him. He was very professional I got everthing I requested and he even had to locate and go pickup the bike out of state because I wanted a blue one. "Everyone is always willing to help. It doesn't matter what department someone works in they will do what they can to help until the person you need is able to help. True customer service. I have come in for parts and the parts guys were really busy with numerous customers. The service manager came out of the garage and helped me with the questions I had. You don't get that anywhere else I've ever been. Wvwn on the sales floor, if the slaesman is busy the finance manager or owner will still come take care of you. That is true customer service!!!!"
